1 Introduction

4 Account Registration
4.1 Accurate Information
When registering on 346win, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 346win immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 346win shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4.3 KYC Verification
346win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time at the operator's discretion, you may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, age and address. 6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

6.4 No Obligation to Offer Bonuses

7 Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 Acceptance of Bets
346win reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving system errors, odds errors, suspicious betting patterns or markets that have been suspended or cancelled.
7.2 Erroneous Odds
Where a wager has been accepted at odds or terms that were published in error — including technical faults, mis-priced markets or human error — 346win reserves the right to void such wagers. Players will be notified of voidance, and the stake will be returned to the Account.
7.3 Insufficient Funds
A wager will only be accepted if your Account holds sufficient real-money or bonus funds to cover the stake at the time of placement. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
7.4 Cricket & Sports Markets
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20, domestic Pakistan cricket, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Help Centre. In the event of match abandonment, cancellation or result determination by a governing body, settlement will follow those published rules.
7.5 RNG & Live Games

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 346win Platform:

11 Limitation of Liability

12.2 By the Player
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 346win support team through the Help Centre. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal transactions and satisfaction of outstanding bonus wagering requirements where applicable. Self-exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling policy.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Account, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any balance remaining in a closed Account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you through available payment methods following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
